Accounts without email will be locked

Since the beginning of the year, it was announced both on Discord and in-game through automatic notifications every 4 hours that all accounts must add an email address before January 31st.

Many people still didn't do it and their accounts have been locked since yesterday. Therefore, the deadline has been extended for a few days, but now to unlock the account they must add an email in the Accounts section as shown in the image above. All accounts without an email will be locked.

This measure has been taken mainly for security reasons. No confirmation email is sent when adding it. The email is simply an ownership guarantee, and even if you forget your password, you can always reclaim the account.

This is something that people who buy and sell accounts should keep in mind. Even if you change the password, it doesn't matter because the account can be recovered through the email.

A new service has been added to the AP Top-up section called Email Change whose description says: "This service includes staff intermediation in the buying, selling or exchanging of accounts if required for greater security of both parties. Changing the email associated with any account always has a cost."

Changing the email on an account costs 10 USD, and if needed, you can request staff intermediation for buying or selling an account to avoid scams.

Be careful also with people who want to sell accounts along with the email and its password to avoid paying for the service. Email addresses can be recovered with the mobile phone associated during creation (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.). If they offer you that, be careful because most likely it's an attempted theft.

In recent months there have been many deceptions and thefts with people sending money and never receiving the accounts they bought. While the server has always allowed exchanges and sales for real money, even for items, it's not our intention to facilitate this kind of activity. With this, the situation should be curbed.

The service can also be used as staff intermediation for item exchanges within the game for greater peace of mind for both parties.
