For everyone who's been asking, I'll give you more detailed information about the situation, although for those who don't want to read it, I'll summarize it like this: In a couple of hours everything will return to normal without needing my intervention and the server will be online normally.
The server was located in an Equinix datacenter (specifically NY9). Yesterday they did a physical migration of all facilities to another datacenter called Colohouse also located in New York City. Initially they planned to take 12 hours doing the transfer, considering that since it's sensitive data from many companies (including for example Google and US state organizations) all the transfer has been with maximum security vehicles and other precautions. Not only that but they had to reconfigure everything to assign the same IPs to the same thousands of servers reinstalled at the new location.
That's why it's taking them longer than expected and they're just now finishing the adjustments. They don't want to give an exact time but already 50% of the servers are online functioning normally, so it's just a matter of waiting for ours to appear online at any moment, since all the physical equipment (dedicated servers) were left turned on, that means that once the network reaches the T.O.T. server everything will go online automatically (Game, website, etc) and won't need me to manually turn it on. According to one of the engineers in charge who gave information about the process, he said he estimates it will take them about 6 more hours (he said that 1 hour ago), that's all I know at the moment, so don't worry. The good thing about all this is that apparently the new datacenter will work much better, that will mean a more stable connection and probably better ping for most people, we'll have to test it.
